Dazu wurde die Bremse vorne und hinten komplett erneuert, der Wasserk\u00fchler musste getauscht werden und alle Fl\u00fcssigkeiten wurden ausgetauscht. Da die \u00d6lwanne eine Delle aufwies, vermutlich durch ein Aufsetzen auf der Fahrbahn, wurde diese vorsichtshalber demontiert. Die \u00d6lpumpe sitzt beim VR6 sehr nah am \u00d6lwannenboden. Es stellte sich dabei heraus, dass die \u00d6lpumpe gebrochen war. Auch wurde die zu kleine Auspuffanlage vom Golf 2 GTI 16V gegen eine gro\u00dfe vom Corrado VR6 getauscht. Dabei wurde direkt ein Minikat eingebaut, um in die Euro2 Steuerklasse zu rutschen (213 EUR\/j\u00e4hrlich anstatt 439 EUR\/j\u00e4hrlich).<\/p>\n<p>Neuer Wasserk\u00fchler eingebaut<br \/>\n<img 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Durch einen K\u00fchlwasserschlauchplatzer vom \u00d6lk\u00fchler auf der Autobahn erhielt der Motor einen kapitalen Motorschaden. Ich entschied mich f\u00fcr einen general\u00fcberholten Motor mit \u00dcberma\u00dfkolben von WFT (Werner-Fahrzeug-Technik in Kassel) mit erleichterten Schwungmassen und Zusatz\u00f6lk\u00fchler. Die originale VR6 Auspuffanlage wurde dann auch gegen eine Gruppe A von Friedrich Motorsport ausgetauscht, allerdings weiterhin mit VR6 Endschalld\u00e4mpfer.<\/p>\n<p>ADAC &#8211; die gelben Engel<br F\u00fcr kleines Geld gibt es diese allerdings nicht mehr. Ich musste mir 2 komplette Rallyefronten kaufen und mir daraus eine gute zusammensetzen. Die andere Rallyefront fand wieder einen neuen Besitzer. Ich hatte insgesamt 4 Scheinwerferlinsen, welche die eine schlechter als die andere war. Das musste sich schnell \u00e4ndern, denn wer f\u00e4hrt gerne mit Teelichtern auf der Autobahn 200 km\/h? Da eine Xenonumr\u00fcstung nicht in Frage kam, wurde ich auf H7 Linsen aufmerksam, welche ich nur einbauen musste.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vergleich: oben die H7 Linse und unten die orignale Rallyelinse<br Als ich dann jedoch das Bypassventil von der damaligen VW-R\u00fcckrufaktion im K\u00fchlerkreislauf verbaut hatte, blieb der s\u00fc\u00dfliche Geruch fern. So ging ich jetzt davon aus, dass der W\u00e4rmetauscher seinen Geist nun doch aufgegeben hat und tauschte diesen aus. Aber danach wurde die Heizung immer noch nicht warm. Nach langem Suchen baute ich das Bypassventil aus und verglich es mit einem anderen. Da musste ich feststellen, dass die Kappe, die den Bypass verschlie\u00dft, im PLastikgeh\u00e4use fehlte. Es konnte also gut m\u00f6glich sein, dass sich die Kappe irgendwo im K\u00fchlsystem verkeilt hatte.
